At Udiora, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality jewellery. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
⚠️ Due to hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, used or worn jewellery is not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Earrings, nose pins, or pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
Customized or made-to-order jewellery
Items bought on sale or discount
Gift cards
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Share your order ID, product photos, and reason for return
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 7–10 business days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will offer:
A free replacement, or
A full refund (if replacement is unavailable)
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
